Flow Pilates
This practice combines Pilates with therapeutic movement and centering exercises. It focuses on engaging every part of the body, incorporating breath, centering, and balance.
It’s designed to be transformative, helping strengthen the body while also providing an opportunity for personal growth and healing. Andrew offers a welcoming and supportive in-person class environment. He also offers an online version of Flow Pilates, maintaining a personalized and interactive experience even in a virtual format.
This practice is open to all levels, ranging in age and experience level from young trainees to those who have been practicing for many years.
